Grading and landscaping work was adequate (C), but the concrete work and post follow-up with Danny was atrocious. Inadequate resources to complete concrete work in professional and timely manner led to a poor, amateur finish. Workers slung concrete all over house doors, windows, bricks. Follow up repair worsened condition. Danny openly admitted to the poor workmanship and made claims he would make right but didn't even many months after work was completed. Danny will behave politely towards you but in the end you'll have spent a lot just to have a new, worse problem to solve.
