Description of Work: Speaking to Customer Service is an exercise in patience and frustration management. I have been a customer for only 4 days. When I signed up, the phone rep did not offer any package other than the intro package. Within the hour, I called back to upgrade to the HD Premier package. When we attempted to access the channels, we realized that the upgrade never took place so I called to correct. It took 30 minutes to get it corrected. Dealing with CSRs whose first language is not English is totally frustrating and counter productive.

Cable guy was very professional and gave us a lot of extra details to know about our internet. He even gave us his direct number to call in case anything happens with out cable or internet. Very helpful

Long story, but the short of it is that when we called in for a problem they told us that there was a cheaper plan available and that they could change us without changing our current products. What he didn't say was that he was sneaking in adding phone service in on us!! While we were out of town, the guy shows up and the house sitter let him in since there was a service order. He changed our phone!!! He gave us a new phone number!!!!!!!! Our business calls were connected to the old number and for more than one month I didn't get business calls. It took that long to get things straightened out. When all was said and done, I'd lost my phone number with AT&T. Comcast gave us ONE free month of service in compensation for the trouble. As soon as this contract is up, I'm going to look for other services. Unfortunately there are very few choices in our area. Oh, and we still have to pay for the phone modem that they installed!!!!!
