First of all I am not going to recommend this company to my family and friends for sure . Few weeks ago I was looking for shower door for my new bathroom . I was excited for my new house and for my housewarming party . When I inquired about glass door installation I got tons of call from different vendor . But I don't know what happened to me that time and I choose Atlanta Glass concept which I am regretting now . I was getting better price and delivery from another vendor which are available in angieslist but I trust on them . My priority was delivery time not price whatever price they have asked I paid . but I am very very disappointed with their responsiveness and punctuality. They agreed with me that will put the door on time but it was delayed by 3 days . And the big pain was for me was not getting any information what's going on with your and when I text their person who came for measurement where is the installer ? I got below reply which annoyed me like **** " I CAN NOT GET A HOLD OF HIM ONCE I TURN THE ORDER ITS HIS JOB TO KEEP YOU UPDATED AND I DONT KEEP UP WITH THE DELIVERIES AND INSTALLATION DATE " I was like are you kidding me I don't know what the **** your company process I need update . So initially they will call and promise you everything will be done on time we give life time warranty ( which I don't know how much is truth ) and once you give contract to them they will tell go to this person go to that person and Timing you forget that . IT won’t be on time even for installation they will come late . It was embarrassing for me to move my party dates which was already planned and invitation was sent . Anyways I don't want to go in that again n again so in the last my suggestion would be for customer "Be very careful when you talk to them for service" "My suggestion for Glass Door Concept will be : Give Value to other's Time it is important than money"
