From start to finish, working with Arch was a great experience. He and his crew showed up on time each day for 7 days, cleaned up their equipment and materials at the end of each day, and he checked in with me before leaving to give updates and to see if I had any concerns or questions. Early into the project, we ran into a setback with more joists that needed to be replaced due to splitting. He was up front with me about the problem, gave possible solutions, and the price he quoted for replacing all of them was fair. The new deck is a tremendous improvement to my home, and we look forward to enjoying it for many more years to come. I would hire Arch again without hesitation. Approx. cost of service: $10,000
