Quoted one day, arrived 9 am the next to install. Arrived on time. Introduced helper. Clean and well kept employees, took shoes off when entering home. Explained when they would be making more noise. Explained the status of my condensation lines. Showed me the heat exchanger, showed me the wear on the insulation around the lines. Completed project before 1 pm.
