 + 1 moreI received a written quote from Mr. Wallace and a start and approximate finish date. Mr. Wallace refused a deposit saying he had been in business for nearly 50 years and never asked for any money until he was finished and the owner was satisfied. I couldn't believe it but that's exactly how it worked.
Description of Work: Mr. Wallace pressure washed the exterior of my house and painted all of the trim. Additionally he made all of the necessary repairs to the wood and gutters (sub-contract). We also wanted several rooms re-painted inside, as well as some minor sheetrock repairs which were completed.
