Steve is a true artist in his craft. He gutted the 28-year-old infrastructure of my builder-grade HVAC system. He is unique in the HVAC business because he is meticulous in everything he does. He may take more time than the big-name guys, but his prices do not reflect it. He does it right, the first time at a very fair price. If you want someone who is truly proud of the work he does and treats your home like it was his own, Steve is your guy.

Horrible experience. Steve was NEVER on time, charged TWICE his original quote. Buyer beware... this guys is completely UNPROFESSIONAL. If you want someone in your house who works on his own time, charges double, and will complain every step of the way, this is your guy. Otherwise, find someone professional.

Steve Walker and his crew went ABOVE AND BEYOND. If you choose to hire Steve, you will not be disappointed. First of all, I did a TON of research on systems/equipment and companies before choosing Steve. I ended up getting a top-of-the line system for the price of a builder/entry-level grade system. The bigger companies have a lot of overhead and tend to have a lot of turn-over with their installers (they will tell you otherwise, but I don't think so). I did not want to risk a bad install. Steve is not only incredibly experienced, but treats the job as if it is his own house. Steve's crew was also amazing and nothing short of totally professional. They spent a lot of extra time leveling the ground to place the new pad and fixing the other existing units (and even built a small retaining wall for me since I threw out my back). The system (16 SEER Amana with a lifetime replacement warranty on the condenser unit) works great, and the quality of the install exceeded my expectations. Everything was incredibly "neat and tidy"... he is a perfectionist). Warning: Steve is virtually a one-man show (he does his own scheduling, etc.) so if you expect him to be out first thing in the morning, that probably will not happen since he is juggling so many things. To me/us, it was worth an extra half-day of installation to have it done absolutely perfect, especially with all the extra stuff Steve was willing to do for us. I highly recommend.

Mr. Steve Walker first arrived at our home in dunwoody providing a free estimate on Saturday, Sept 7, 2013. Steve evaluated my outside HVAC unit and suggested a few options. We have one unit for three levels and it had been under more pressure during the summer months. I also needed my outside HVAC unit relocated along side my home due to backyard renovation, deck construction, and patio placement. Additionally we needed the condensation line somehow positioned to spill water away from the house, patio, and deck. I had already received two proposals and each one was double. Fortunately my neighbor refered Steve. Steve Walker not only provided creative ways to discreetly route the spillover line into our sewer line but also suggested he clean the exterior unit thoroughly along with moving it as i initially requested. Mind you he had to dig up the ground around the current location under the unit, pick up two 100 lb slabs and reposition them on level surface. He disconnected all the lines, extracted the freon, and replaced everything. He cleaned the unit so well it looks Brand new! Mr. Walker is straight forward, honest, and brings with him character. How do you say someone is a perfectionist to a fault, he takes pride in his work and that's hard to find. Steve arrived at 10:00 am and didn't leave my home until 6:00 PM! 8 hours of work and today our home is cooler and our HVAC is running like it's brand new. When we do replace the entire Unit he will definitely be the man for the job. He is knowledgeable and a true professional.
