He made recommendations as to what type of fixtures to buy based upon what he has seen over the years to be most reliable. He gave us the option of picking up the main components ourselves, having them delivered by warehouse or by himself. He gave us a set price for the work to be performed & made sure we were satisfied with the job before payment. It's nice to do business with someone that is not interested in cutting corners by using inferior materials. Joe lets you know the pros & cons of various materials & installment methods but insists on doing whats going to last. His many years of training from his dad & years in plumbing school was very evident in our final results. VIP Plumbing is a plumber you can keep on your referral list.
