Victoria Renovations has established itself as a leader in the construction and remodeling industry. We aim to exceed each client’s expectations by ensuring our jobs are strategically planned, scheduled, and performed on-time and within budget. We achieve these goals through quality workmanship, service and attention to detail. Most of all we listen to what our customers want and how they want to achieve their dream remodeling projects. We believe in treating our customers the way we would expect to be treated, with on time, professional, courteous service. Victoria Renovations has ten full time employees and we use professional licensed subs for the required licensed trades and for other items such as painting and flooring etc. Our owners are Certified Remodelers and our employees are certified lead carpenters through the NARI association and we also hold a General contractors license in the state of Georgia. We are also EPA Lead-Safe Certified. We give free estimates and offer design services to assist with project planning. We chose Victoria Renovations for a project that involved numerous renovations throughout our home. From estimating all the way through completion, we found the entire team to be responsive in their communications and accurate in both time and financial estimates. I was thrilled with the work and experience provided by Victoria Renovations on our recent basement project. From start to finish, their team was professional, had attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to delivering a high-quality finished product. The entire team exceeded our expectations in every way! They came in on budget and 2 weeks earlier than expected on an already tight timeline. I mean when does that ever happen!? Our Project Manager's consistent presence on site ensured that everything ran smoothly and any concerns were promptly addressed. His attention to detail and evident pride in his work was truly commendable. Shannon was also a huge help with the design choices, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Victoria Renovations provided the smoothest and most enjoyable experience we have ever had with a building project- Bare none! The level of service and expertise displayed by the team was truly impressive.

We used Victoria Renovations previously to overhaul our kitchen, and we were so pleased with them that when it came time to update our master bathroom, they were at the top of our list. And once again, we are very pleased with the results! In addition to their excellent workmanship, we greatly appreciate the transparent communication with our project coordinator during the entire process, including ordering our materials. As expected, a project of this size had some snags, but Victoria Renovations always responded quickly and kept us up-to-date on timelines and changing situations. All the contractors cleaned up when they were done, and everyone took great care to keep the area tidy. We love our new bathroom, and we cannot recommend Victoria Renovations enough! We have already given their contact information to several of our neighbors, and we talk them up every chance we get.

Our basement project with Victoria far exceeded all of our initial expectations. David (owner), Tommy (sales), Jimmy (project manager) and Shannon (design/project consultant) were all top notch. They estimated every little detail accurately from the get-go and finished the project under the estimated timeline by a week and just at budget with very little to no variances. The quality of the workmanship was excellent only outdone by the professionalism of the entire team. They are not a "cheap" shop by any stretch, but the entire slew of comprehensive end-to-end services including design, vendor relationships and professional project management made it a hassle-free experience. Highly recommend Victoria!

Everything about Victoria is professional and first-class. I don't think I've ever spoken to a construction owner/representative in David that is as professional, truly attentive to your vision and desires, and dedication to getting as many details as possible squared away before starting the contract process. He takes the time to meet at your project site, in his words, "as many times as it takes", to minimize surprises and sources of conflict once the project begins. You will pay a bit of a premium, although in our experience, not much different than similar firms. There are companies without the level of staff and service that will have lower overhead and cost less, but we preferred the more structured organization and felt it was worth it. Shannon is a wonderful asset, responded quickly to our needs, helping us with tough design decisions, and always providing a supportive presence in a stressful, long process. We were assigned Darrell as the superintendent and couldn't be happier. He is detailed, does an excellent job, and tries to respect your time and personal space as much as he can. Victoria does really nice work, and so does their group of subs. We only had a few minor complaints about specific things that were addressed well, and the crew did a couple of "above and beyond" things for us just out of generosity. You can be assured they will do the work the right way, even if it means inconveniencing (and possibly costing) them in some way. The painter is phenomenal, able to closely match stains on three different types of wood across major fixtures in the space. Darrell and his assistants custom-built a cypress barn door for us that we love, and it was reasonably priced. All of the demands I placed on the staff, being attentive to detail and picky, were met. Victoria REALLY wants you to be satisfied and will try to accommodate you in every reasonable way. We are completely satisfied with our finished basement and will give Victoria a favored opportunity to do more work with us in the future. They are a fantastic company, even after the project is finished, helping you address problems they aren't required to, like the HVAC thermostat being faulty. David and his team are running a great company worthy of your serious consideration for any construction needs.

I have worked with the Victoria team on three major projects, full basement remodel, full kitchen and laundry room remodel and multi level deck project. Each project has gone very smoothly from scope/contracting through execution and end of job. Obstacles did arise on each of these major projects, as they always do in remodeling, however the experience and excellent communication from this team allowed us to discuss solutions and keep the project on track. Because this team has consistently delivered a great remodeling experience and project outcomes I have just contracted my fourth project with the Victoria team, a second floor remodel. This is an A+ team that I highly recommend.

I hired Victoria Renovations to complete what started as a kitchen remodel this project grew and I hired them to complete my whole house renovation from all my bathrooms, kitchen to refinishing all hardwoods and fresh paint. My project manager was incredibly detailed and all my selections were taken care of. Recommending to all my neighbors!!!

We’ve used Victoria Renovations at two different houses. The first experience was a kitchen renovation that turned out perfect. We were so impressed with the quality and more specifically the high level of communication of the owner David that we hired them for a complete basement project. FANTASTIC!! We were very pleased from the start, with their personal attention to our work plan, quote and handling of all our building permits to the quality of work and the timeliness of the project. Your team basically rebuilt our house and we are ecstatic with the level of workmanship your team delivered. I wanted you to know that Carolyn and I would love to meet with any of your prospective clients that are considering a complete home remodel and show them the before and after photos of our home. We love the final product and truly appreciate the design help your team provided during the process. We can’t thank you enough for this experience and would do it all again. We are truly amazed that you were able to complete this project in less than four months from permitting to final walk through. Other contractors quoted us 12 months to get the job done.

I cannot recommend Victoria Renovations highly enough! They did a Compele tear down (to studs) of our 1980’s 1200sq ft master suite. There were several challenges and complexities with the roof, ceiling, and flooring that had to be overcome, and they came up with creative ideas that really paid off. David and his entire staff work hard to do quality work, and would never cut corners just to complete a job. We were on a tight schedule, and they worked tirelessly to make sure the project was finished by our needed completion date. I love my master suite so much that I literally live in it! My husband calls it “my apartment”, since it’s the only place you will find me anymore!?

For our new construction, Victoria Renovations did an amazing job in designing the perfect layout of the kitchen to maximize our lake views, and the cabinet design they recommended allowed for placement of a pantry hidden in plan sight. We have been so pleased with the end results and how functional the new kitchen is, and we get so many compliments on the beauty of the design!!

Raymac did a great job and was really easy to work with. Estimates were competitive and provided quickly, but ultimately we chose Raymac due to how professionally they treated us upfront. Throughout the project we could always get in touch with them for questions, and they kept us updated through completion. I will be using them again soon to construct a screened in patio- would definitely recommend!
