We bought an old fixer upper and hired Tony to gut it and remodel.  We took down walls, changed the roofline, remodeled the kitchen and baths and put new flooring in. Tony is an exceptional craftsman and is very trustworthy.  We interviewed several builders before the project started and picking him was a no-brainer.  He cost was not the cheapest we saw but was not the highest either.

After water damage, our entire home needed to be redone. We had hired Tony Verhaeg in the past when we first bought this home and did a remodeling job with which we were very satisfied back in 2000. This time almost everything had to be redone from scratch. Tony personally handled or oversaw all the work including a new heating/cooling system, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, sheet-rock, tile flooring, hardwood flooring, carpeting, vinyl, painting, installation of cabinets and appliances, etc. He also designed and installed a new master bathroom tile shower.  In addition, during the construction phase we decided to get a new roof and Tony oversaw that effort as well.
For this "new" home, we wanted to go for a rustic decor and Tony worked with us to select materials that would reflect that. We were totally pleased and thrilled with the results.
