Upgrade Landscaping

Upgrade Landscaping was fine. They showed up when they were supposed to show up. They did a good job. They showed up on time. They had enough people to get the job done on a timely basis. The workers were great, respectful and they worked hard.

The complaint that I would have is probably not in the workmanship but on how they conduct business doing contracts.

Fantastic job.

Project finished within a day and the crew worked from  morning to late evening to get the job done. I was very please with the outcome.

A big part of the project was at a steep and challenging slope and they did a great job to make it finally look good. They also had to order a big special designed truck to plant the oversized Maple tree. Everything worked out well and we are really happy with the result. Also the whole project experience with Chris (owner) was good. He gave us recommendations and delivered what he promised. The only minor was that his office forgot to tell us that the project would be delayed by one day, but as we had planned more time anyways it was not a big issue. Before we chose Chris we saw another project he performed in our community and we really liked the "before" and "after" results as well as the comments from the other people who hired Upgrade Landscaping.
