Robert and Andre showed up on schedule (after calling to let me know they were on the way). They worked carefully and did a first rate job. Very satisfied.

It went well. Robert got the old light removed and the new light hung in roughly an hour. Robert made sure to use a drop cloth on the wood floors and cleaned up nicely after the install was done. He made sure to check the spacing on all the arms and ensured the glass globes were all aligned correctly.
One downside - a few days later my wife noticed there was a mark on the side of the new light, which was only noticeable from the second floor. I would have preferred Robert point it out if he had noticed it. Not sure how it got there and if he happened to notice it during the install.
Regardless, Robert did an excellent job overall.
