Iâ ve been using Think Green for several years. They keep my grass healthy and green. Premergent keeps away the spring time weeds. We have dogs and Brandon always texts me the day before service so I can make sure the dogs are inside when he puts down the lawn care products.

Overall good price and good service

We have had a poor experience with Think Green this year. We usually have a healthy beautiful green lawn. That is until this year. This year our grass is half dead and full of weeds. We reached out to Think Green and they finally agreed to send someone out to look at it. Their associate John came by and said the state of the yard was *shocking* and he did not have a confident answer as to what could have caused this. He called us back the next day with still no explanation and no reasonable solution. On the phone, he was unprofessional, short, rude, and very unapologetic. We had a grass expert (independent) look at it and he immediately identified that the wrong chemicals had been used. When we asked to have their tech identify what he used we were told that he did not work there anymore. We asked them to replace the damaged grass they said no and did not want to accept any responsibility, just excuse after excuse.

Very knowledgeable and knew not to aerate a Bermuda lawn in the Fall.

Fast response. Needed to have weed service to avoid HOA fine and Think Green came out on short notice.

I found it unusual that this particular truck did not carry a pronged hand tool to till the surface in tight places where the aerator couldn't go.

They completed one service and waiting to see the good results.
