If you are interested in selling your home, we would highly recommend The North Georgia Group. The bottom line is that they have the systems, staff, local market knowledge and drive to present it in the best form possible to get your home sold. Our home had been on the market for a year with another agent. We researched a replacement agent and really liked the systematic and team-based approach that differentiated these guys from the others. They were on it day one – making recommendations on changes we could make that would cause the home to be more attractive to potential buyers, setting more realistic expectations on pricing, and giving us a plan of attack that turned out to be on-target. Can’t say enough positive about our team leaders Mark and Chris – not to mention their exceptionally professional staff we worked with throughout this process.
