TLC's owner Todd Hampton can't be bother to come when you want. He rudely told me that he could only come on Wednesday when he knows my lawn gets cut every Thursday. His technicians are in my large neighborhood of over 1,100 homes at least 2 to 3 times a week but he would rather cancel his service than accommodate my needs. Good luck to any of his customers who don't want dry fertilizer put down the day before your grass is cut.

TLC has treated my lawn twice and it looks much better than it did. They are currently trying to eliminate the dollar spot fungus that is a result of the rainy couple of weeks we had. They are more expensive than the last company I used, but so far are more reliable and their communication is more thorough and professional.

They come out every couple weeks. They are really good. They go above and beyond. They call and give me a heads up when they are coming and come when they say they will. Nice.

They performed as advertised. The weed control was good but my yard is mostly Bermuda, and it was very thin. Aeration was extra to normal 8 applications per year. The Fescue part of the lawn looked great. I recommend this process for Fescue lawns, but if you have Bermuda, you will be disappointed.

Great company with great service. Came back for spot check ups as required. Easy to get a hold of and schedule. Tech was outstanding. Price was the only issue: As my lawn has shrunk in size over the years, their price stayed the same and they would not renegotiate the price when I called. I did switch companies due to price. TLC is a great company. I was pleased with their work.

I like them a lot they are very customer service oriented. They provide suggestions . i even called them and told them i got a solicitation from a competitor and said its cheaper and the manager i spoke to even came out to give me suggestions about my lawn. I just think they go out of their why to be very helpful and i would just give them 'A"s across the board.

Great company! Tender Lawn Care is exceptionally professional both when you speak to anyone in the office and the individuals that come out to treat/care for the lawn. They leave detailed notes on what they did when they came out, provide feedback on the condition of your lawn and make suggestions (with supporting documentation) on how to make improvements. I would highly recommend this organization!

This company comes on a regular basis and the workmen are very professional. I have asked that they call before they come, since originally I intended to have a one-time treatment for my lawn. They have never called before coming, despite repeated requests to this effect. They have been very efficient, however, in recognizing and treating pests on our shrubs and in clearing up a fungus on our lawn. They have also advised us on the proper watering regimen. I will continue to use this company.
