We found this company and initially had a good experience with David, the salesman. Once we gave David the deposit, it seemed that he dropped off of the face of the earth. We tried scheduling solid dates to get the stair banisters completed, but it took until we requested a refund for him to schedule us. It has been extremely difficult getting David to call us back when we have questions. The communication has been very poor. On top of that, the options given to us for certain things in the banisters were very limited. We will not be recommending this company to anyone.

Owner is great, Tech was very nice and pro. He did an excellent job.

Extremely responsive and professional. David came to home with samples, and provided a quote quickly. We recently moved into the home about 14 days before calling StairWorx, and had a tight timeline of approx 5 days to make purchase decision and have the iron balusters installed. Flooring sand & finish of the stairs and flooring was completed on a Friday, and the day after on Saturday the iron balusters were installed. Had 2 quotes for project, and StairWorx was very competitive, professional, provided a quicker turnaround and was lower price than the other quote. Highly recommended.

Good experience with the owner and the installer (sub-contractor). I initially spoke with the owner and he was very receptive to my needs and concerns in regards to replacing my balusters. I found what I wanted on their website so the selection process was laid out easily. He turned me over to one of his sales guys and that's where the the service went downhill. A couple of instances for measuring and paying the guy had to be rescheduled due to mix-ups with the sales guys schedule. I spoke with the owner the second time and explained the situation. He got it worked out, but never followed up with me on the project. The sales guy didn't bother to meet the installer or follow-up during or after the install either. I have nothing but praise for the installer. He was attentive to detail, included me in the process and made me feel like he cared about the quality of the job. If you choose these folks for your project, save yourself some trouble and do the project completely with the owner.

David was very easy to work with. He emailed a quote within just a few hours of contacting the company, and quickly updated the estimate when I revised the staircase design. My husband and I visited the company to see the balusters in person, and our installation was scheduled in less than a week. The installer, Carlos, while arriving a little later than expected, was very friendly, professional, finished sooner than expected, and put everything back the way it was when he arrived. He did an excellent job, and we absolutely love our updated staircase. What a difference it made!!!! Overall, the company and its employees are very easy to work with, professional, and friendly. The quality of the work and materials are excellent. Prices are competitive and very fair. I would highly recommend!

David was responsive and provided a competitive quote for a labor intensive job that required a lot of sanding to remove the old stain. His team paid great attention to detail, they worked hard and efficiently, and cleaned up well after each day's work. They took the time to get the stain color right so that it matched the hardwood. The project took a little longer than expected due to some and quot;down daysand quot; that we were not made aware of in advance, but the work they did was worth the wait. The staircase looks stunning!

I contacted Stairworx for an estimate to replace our existing wrought iron porch railings. While I ultimately did not choose this company they were very prompt and professional. I would definitely contact them again for other remodeling projects in the future.

Came out and gave an estimate, discussed design and material options and scheduled installation for the following week. We did end up delaying installation a day when another job ran long and I couldn't do a afternoon/evening install on the planned day but they called right away so I wasn't inconvenienced. Installer was great. He was careful to be neat and cleaned all up afterwards. He was careful to discuss exactly what I wanted. Love the new staircase look! We had agreed on the price and the hard copy estimate had a total figure the same but individual items where kind of wierd to review. Didn't really matter since the total was what we agreed to.
