Company diagnosed the problem quickly, had to order part and when it came in they installed it also quickly. They were friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing I was not happy about was the price, for a $200 motor it cost me $626 to get it all installed including motor, service call and install. I felt that the service call of $129 was adequate but it should have been applied to labor or a part of it. I also felt the labor cost of $172 was in the proper range. The other thing that bothered me was that they markup the repair part quite a lot, I thought that was unnecessary. They did give me all the pricing up front and I did agree to all pricing. I would probably use them again.

No work was done and still charged me a service fee, it was a GFI That i found behind the bedroom door, he pushed a button and charged me the full service fee of $129, a bit for 2 minutes of work. very friendly and on time. Could use him for future work?

I did not verify ahead of time that the â estimating feeâ of $129 would be credited toward the eventual repair, which was $1200. I thought in general that service providers would credit this amount, but this company did not.

Wonderful response to a simple problem. A situation ripe for over billing, but they treated us honestly and fairly.

They were friendly with helpful information for keeping the hot tub in good working order. They were very knowledgeable about everything concerning my system. I have had many others out to do repairs on my hot tub and the work has been questionable. Spa Creations has done outstanding work and takes all the time need to do it right.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received.
