Very professional and on time. Customer service I was able to speak with a real person.

I decided not to do the project because it was going to take 10 days to begin the project and meanwhile he had collected $700 for "materials". Then he refused to return the $700. As a senior citizen, and red flag went out. We have tried to negotiate the $700 return but to this point he is still refusing. No work has been done, and no materials delivered. Within 4 hours of the agreement we asked to rescind the order, and now we feel we have been taken advantage of.

Zach was very professional and once on-site got the work done quickly but efficiently. Zach was in constant contact through the entire process and asked questions to ensure the job was done right.

I hired Nicholas in January, 2020 to install iron rails on my front porch, they did the rail and there is rust spots at the bottom of the rail and a cement patch that was brown, I text on Nicholas on 2/11/20 about the concerns, he told me he would put me on the schedule, never did, I have called, text and emailed several times since, Nicholas never does follow thru with his commitments UPDATE: After reaching out to HomeAdvisor that prompt his attention and South Fab came and they completed the job. They did A good job, need to work on their customer service more.

this was an outdoor handrail coming up the steep stairs. they were professional, meticulas, curteous, prompt, I can't say enough about these guys. they gave me exactly what I wanted and I'm soooo pleased and want to use them again in some other capacity. when you find a great bunch of guys that do what you need done, you don't want to let them go (or share them with anyone). LOL thanks guys. you'll be hearing from me again.

On Oct 28, 2019, South Fab repaired, painted, and installed my metal front porch railings. I notified Zack that one of the anchor posts had come loose and the railing it was attached to was very unstable. He said the repair was beyond the 6 months warranty period. I agreed to his $100 service fee plus repair costs. I set up an appointment date and no one showed up. Several subsequent attempts to reach Zach were unsuccessful. I hired another handrail repair company which corrected many repairs that were left undone or partially completed by South Fab at a cost almost equal to what South Fab initially charged me. I feel South Fab should reimburse me for the current costs to repair the work that it should have done correctly during repair and installation on Oct 28, 2019.
