Solar Control Glass Tinting

Love it - we were happy to get rid of ugly old blinds & enjoy the view of our backyard!

I called Solar Control and got the voicemail. Caleb returned my call back immediately and was able to schedule me in right away. Service was quick and quality is excellent.

Had an appointment set up. I arrived a bit early, and Brian came out to the parking lot to greet me. Pulled my car to the back of his shop and into his bay and he and his associate started work immediately. Did a great job on the windows so I asked him if you could do the sunroof also. No problem, he tinted that also. Excellent job, quick service and great price. Would use their services again.

The price was going to be their minimum because I didn't have a lot to do; it was going to be $300. I never called them back but they didn't call me back either. It wasn't an urgent, critical priority. I am always surprised at companies that quote something and have an opportunity but then never call back. The estimate was as far as I got with them. They were responsive and they came out quickly. They have a methodology for solar film for windows. They come out with what they think would be the best products. They have little cards that tell the characteristics of each of the films. They actually put the samples on the window with tape and they leave them so that you can see them through different light during the day so you can get a sense of which one you would want. They obviously have a good methodology from that perspective but they just never called back. I would give them an A with the exception that they never called back; perhaps they are a no-pressure organization and they figure they have given me the estimate and all the products and they're waiting for me to tell them when I need something. I was impressed that they were professional. There is nothing about the experience that would have me rate them anything other than high. When I get pro-active, I will definitely call them back. Based on what I have seen, I would have no issues having them come out and do the work.
