I am miserable every spring/summer due to the biting bugs in my yard. I cannot enjoy being outside and usually get bitten several times between getting out of my car to the front door - which is just a few steps.
After the spraying, I have been able to get out in my yard without bites and afterwards - that miserable, terrible itching!!!

I realize we chose to pay for a service that is typically included in the sales process for an exterminator - ie the initial inspection and estimate. However we had 2 other companies come out and do a free inspection/service quote, and the results were both contradictory and inadequate. In one case the "tech" knew less than I did about termite symptoms, and the other "tech" just wanted to write a quote and had no interest in looking around the house for evidence of specific problems. I was worried about a couple of spots that might have shown insect burrowing, and I wanted to KNOW if we had a problem anywhere else, with a focused treatment there, not just a "we'll install our system in 5 spots and everything will eventually be fine we're pretty sure". We chose to pay for the inspection service so I could set clear expectations for the comprehensive inspection and level of expertise I wanted before buying any services. And that's what we got.
The inspection tech who arrived was knowledgeable, was willing to hear my areas of concern and did a good job of answering questions related to both insect and rodent symptoms (I suspected squirrel or bird activity in the attic). He then performed a very detailed inspection and took photos of all trouble spots. Most of the areas I was concerned about were not problems, one was and he included a spot treatment in his estimate for that plus one other area he detected. That additional problem area was located in the far corner of our unfinished basement, against an outer wall, and behind a bunch of boxes and large storage items, where we never go and the lighting is poor. I was really impressed that he found it (and took a photo to show me the activity he found), so it gave me a lot of confidence in his overall inspection and that we didn't have any undetected ongoing problem in the house that we were leaving untreated. His final report contained detailed findings across the property with photos and comments, and provided treatment and prevention recommendations for overall property, targeted spot treatments, and animal trapping.
We ended up using his inspection report to manage the insect treatment plan, but were able to reduce the proposed treatment cost by over $200 by purchasing a separate service coupon through Angie's List with that same provider. (There were a couple of issues with the coupon use/invoicing for that but ultimately resolved okay and I'll report that with the treatment service review). We have been very happy with the quality of the results and we plan to use them to prevent rodent return (apparently we had had some flying squirrel activity in the attic).

We are very happy with this service. We received Skyline Pest Solution's mosquito treatment for the first time at the end of mosquito season in 2014. It was so effective that we now have a contract for their mosquito treatment for all of 2015. They have come in April, May and will be coming next week for our June treatment. We have not had one mosquito bite this year. We care for our 2 year old granddaughter who loves to play outside and is very sensitive to insect bites. What a positive difference this service has made for us. (It is recommended that children and animals wait 30 min. after a treatment before going outside. We wait longer than that but I was glad to learn that the chemicals used are less toxic than I expected.)
