Simply Organized

Heather and her team at Simply Organized packed our entire apartment in one day for an out-of-state move. It tool almost 12 hours, but they got it packed very well. Boxes were labeled clearly, with contents of that box. They were especially careful with our lamps, and we had a dozen. Some of our boxes went right to storage, but of the over 100 boxes we've opened, only 1 item was damaged. I consider that amazing! Heather and her team were very easy to communicate with, as needed. They explained the costs and process clearly, up front. Heathr made recommendations to our movers, with whom we were very pleased. She had suggestions for a source to transport items to charity, too. We never met. My husband and I had already moved ahead to the next home. But Heather's team worked beautifully with our friends and family to be sure everything got done. And they supplied all the packing materials and boxes. And packed our portion in the apt building's storage space. Heather and her team at Simply Organized were miracle workers for us. They were the conscientious, professional, personable and effective piece that we needed to make a move from out-of-state happen. We'd recommend them with 10 stars, if that were a choice!

Heather and her team did a fabulous job. A little pricey, but well worth the $$. I would still be unpacking 2 months later if I had to do it myself. They provided 5 star service!

Better than expected! Heather and her team at Simply Organized were fantastic! We were moving out of state and needed help packing, they came in and within a day and a half had our entire home packed up efficiently and professionally. I wish I would have known about Simply Organized years ago because I would have used their services to organize my home as well!

She was flexible and so wonderful to work with. I needed more help than originally planned, but her team stayed at my home until the job was complete. She also put me in touch with vendors for donation pickup, loading storage bins, & storage. We could not have done it without her excellent team. I would recommend Simply Organized to anyone needing help to organize their life.

Heather and her team handled an estate sale for one of my out of town clients. It was a very complicated situation with my client but Heather and her team came in and took over and made it happen! They handled every detail of the entire sales process and even cleaned the house when they were done! My client was relieved to have this done, as she lives out of state. Heather and her team are the only people I will ever use! they impressed me from start to finish. They are professional, polished, and organized.

Heather has been working with me since last year to help clutter clear and organize my home as I get ready to downsize from a 3-story townhouse to a ranch and as I move closer to retirement.  She has been an incredible help to me due to some health issues I have that keep me from doing most of these projects.  This visit we worked on organizing my laundry room, under kitchen cabinets and 2 bathroom cabinets.  Once again, Heather did her magic!!!!  She completely transformed my laundry room, organizing shelves and putting items in bins for easy assess.  Then she tackled the cabinets......... items I no longer needed she gathered for donation, got rid of dated products and clutter and created more space and efficiency AND easier access for me to reach everything.  I can't begin to share how all of this has made such a huge difference for me.  I can now easily get to anything I need in these all of areas. 

In addition, she created a fabulous gift wrapping center in my guest closet.  Because of my limitations, she researched and purchased several organization systems that she thought would work for me.......we found the ones that were perfect for me, AND, I now have an organized space with everything I need for gift wrapping in a small area in my guest closet.............. What was once a chore for me to manage is now a delight to walk in and get what I need ...and just in time for the Christmas holidays!!!! 

Her organizing skills are over the top, and she is hard-working, positive and has so much energy.  She listens and is very observant when it comes to her client's needs and that's one of the things that sets her apart from other organizers.  She certainly has made my life much easier.   I highly recommend her services to anyone for projects large or small.  And will continue to use her to help me get ready for my next move, AND to set up my new place as well. 

Oh My Goodness........Heather did such an amazing job!!!!  Clearing out my garage had been on my to-do list with Heather since earlier in the year.  I had 10+ years worth of stuff in my garage, and could barely get my SUV inside anymore.  She has a fabulous system and I couldn't believe how quickly she was able to tackle the mountain of stuff.  She arranged two storage shelves in my garage, adding more space to pull in my SUV.  And........organized clear, plastic bins with labels for the storage shelves that have been so great to use.  Now I can walk into my garage, KNOW where everything is and I am able to keep it that way!  She also organized a pegboard with tools, garden equipment, etc. that I use frequently.   She sorted thru items that I needed to keep, items for donation and items for recycling and shredding.  She brought the items to the donation center and emailed me an itemized list for my taxes!!!  And because I have some health issues, she did the heavy lifting and also brought iAgain.................. she is AMAZING!!!!   For the next couple of days I would walk down to my garage and simply stand there and smile...........And that feeling continues every day when I come home from work and hit my garage door opener.   I give her a 100+ on a scale of 1-10!   And highly recommend her services.  Not to mention, she is one of the most positive, high-energy people I know.

Heather did an outstanding job.  Any other person would have turned around running away from this daunting task.  But Heather accomplished it with much ease and made it fun.  Her initial visit was to assess the two areas that needed attention.  Then we scheduled a date and she put a plan together, including the need for shelving units and storage bins. 

She has a very organized and calming approach to every project.  She set up "staging" areas for frames, trash bins, recycling and Goodwill areas and reassignment to designated areas.  Then the storage area was emptied accordingly, and she tasked me with going thru items and making sure they were put in the appropriate areas.  Once the storage closet was emptied, it was vacuumed and she measured for the size and number of shelving units and  storage bins that would be needed.  We then purchased these items, Heather assembled the shelving units, and she began the daunting task of organizing the 119 assorted sized frames into the shelving units and labeling them by size!!!  Then she moved to the items that needed to be placed in the storage bins.  These were organized, labeled and placed in the shelving unit.  I can't begin to tell you how awesome and organized that storage closet is now!!!!!!  it is making the photo project so much easier with all of the fames organized in the shelves by size and with easy access. She took away the items for recycling and sent me an itemized listing within 24 hours!!

She then tackled the closet in the Executive Boardroom.  Again, years of accumulation!!!!  Everything was brought out, assigned to specific areas and what was put back in the closet was organized in storage bins and labeled!!!!  A miracle. 

I have shown her work to our company president and anyone else who I could drag over to see!  And I will sometimes just walk over and open the door to admire her work!!! I can't tell you how much we appreciate the exceptional job she did for us.  I plan on having her back to our office when we tackle our next floor.

Heather is great to work with. She is punctual and professional. She works very efficiently and she makes the process so easy! I've called her back for additional help. I would not hesitate to call her again or recommend her to others! Money very well spent!

If there were a rating higher than an A, Heather is certainly worthy of that grade.  I would give her a 5-star.  I have had 3 surgeries in 2 years, my son moved back in with me for 2 years when he completed his military tour and my house had gotten out of hand.  I wasn't able to do very much due to health issues and was in dire need of organization and clutter clearing.

Heather's initial visit was to assess the project and determine the amount of time needed and then developed a plan to tackle all of my various needs.  She is incredibly organized, very high energy, extremely positive/can-do attitude and has a sincere passion for what she does.  She is definitely like the Energizer Bunny!!!!!!

She started first by moving the furniture in the two rooms, worked on de-cluttering, arranged the furniture: desk/filing cabinet and bed in such a way as to make the room very pleasing and more functional.  She set up stations for donations/shredding/trash/filing/decorative items, etc. and then set about clearing 2 closets and the office of 7 years of paperwork, clothing, bedding, decorative items.  The 3 closets where so full you were unable to get into the closets.  The two unused bathrooms had turned into storage as well and Heather cleared them out and now they are beautiful and functional!!!!  

I had put off this project for so long because it was completely overwhelming to me.  Heather tackled each area and made the tasks doable and believe it or not, fun!!!!!!  As part of her service I was so grateful that she took everything to a donation center, recycle center and shredding center.  Within a day or two I got an email from her with a receipt and a list of donation items for my taxes.  She is incredible!!!!!

This past week I just walked around the rooms in amazement and wonder and have opened the closets to just stare inside because everything looks so amazing.  I would highly recommend Heather for any job large or small and can't wait for her to come back in a few weeks to tackle my garage.

I was thrilled with the results. Now my home is more organized to help me keep up with all the kids and household stuff.  Exactly what my goal was.  Everything has a place, is labeled, etc.   We accomplished 1/2 the work and I've already had Heather come back a 2nd time to finish up.  I plan on contacting her again for future organization and touch ups!  I loved that she worked independently and was respectful, thoughtful and great a communication.

I was totally overwhelmed with so many things in a smaller space and how to proceed. Heather's skills made the process fast and easy. She accomplished so much working continuously while in my home. She was efficient, caring, and understanding of what the owner experiences when downsizing.  I'm so glad that I called her for help with this project.

This was an exceptional experience. I had no idea there was such thing as a professional organizer but thank goodness that there is. If Simply Organized is an example of what companies like this can do, then it should no longer be a secret. They took on the task of unpacking hundreds of boxes in a home and swiftly and efficiently got the job done; I could have taken a month do what they did in just (part-time) three days. They had a vision and plan and process which makes the entire exercise and unbelievably effective one. They had numerous solid suggestions and worked at a very steady and fast pace. True professionals that are worth every last cent.
