Royal Cleaning Services cleaned our home for about 6 months AT FIRST they did a fantastic job very friendly. after a few weeks I noticed a few things were getting missed like the ceiling fans hadnt been done in the last 2 cleanings the top of the head board on the master bed wasnt cleaned and you could see dust around the master bed were it wasnt cleaned under the edge of the bed so i spoke to jose about it in our drive way as i was headed out to see my first customer of the day jose told me if we closed our windows and my wife didnt use baby powder we wouldnt have so much dust I told jose I knew why I had dust and I thought I was paying him to clean it ?? he told me no problem i will take care of it . after I leave for work my wife calls me upset because jose just chewd her out for opening the windows and useing baby powder the same cofesation I just had with him But I let it slide they did a much better job for the next 2 cleanings and then back down hill again I let it go for a few cleanings thin I finaly had to speak with Jose again about mostly the same issues as before only this time I was tld we dont clean cob webs from the cornners and dust the walls thats not part of what we do and im not going to start to either so at that I told Mr jose this would be the last time they would be cleaning for me and also let me add if royal cleaning services is a laget business then why would jose demand that the checks not be made out to anyone we were to leave
