Overall, it went well. The original time frame was 3 weeks but thanks to weather, construction delays and spring break travel it too quite a bit longer. Jonathan was very responsive and did a great job answering our questions.
The demo was really quick and went pretty smoothly considering how much we removed from our yard. The grading was very challenging and they took their time to get it right and put the proper drainage in place so that water did not collect on the pool deck. At this phase, there were the most changes, but they all worked out great.
The stone masons did an amazing job and all of the stone and stucco work turned out exactly like we wanted it to. The Trex deck by the fireplace was challenging and did not end up the way it was originally planned, but again, we are very happy with the end result.
There were so many aspects of this renovation that I can't possibly list them all. In the end, we highly recommend River Plantation Landscape Design.
