They did an excellent job, as always. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. It is an inviting and beautiful design. We are very happy with Creative Landscape for their professionalism, the quality of their work, and their attention to details. We highly recommend them for any of your landscaping needs. I could not be more pleased with our recently-installed holiday lights and decorations on the exterior of our house. We love the festive look and feel of exterior holiday lighting and in the past we've hung simple, basic outdoor lights on our own. However, this is the first Christmas we've been in our new home (which is much larger than our old ranch-style house), and there was no way we were going to attempt roof lighting on the high, steep and varied roof line on our own any longer.
After doing a little research, I called Property Creations and another company. While the other company was less expensive, the consultant was obviously much less knowledgeable and I just didn't trust that what she recommended was going to look as good as what Linda from Property Creations came up with. Linda is a true desinger (in fact, I believe she's a landscape designer by trade, and knew a lot about the different types of plants and trees we have in the yard and what decorating options would work best.) Linda was able to work with the thoughts I had and improve upon them in a way that turned out beautifully.
The initial design ended up being more more money than we wanted to spend this year (I honestly had no idea what to expect), and Linda was very accommodating in working with me to cut back on some of the elements to get to a lower price range without looking like we were skimping on anything. (In fact, it's the opposite, and it still looks quite "grand" in my opinion.)
The installation went perfectly as far as I could tell. It was done on schedule, the crew was friendly and professional, and the "wow" factor when they were complete and turned on the lights was amazing.
We now have lighting all around our gutters and roof peaks, in addition to beautiful wreaths that are lit with white lights and have gorgeous red bows (one over the front door and one over the gagage), plus lit garland all around our front door and railings to the front porch. It's a classic but festive look. Every evening when the lights come on (timed to come on at 5:30, which is very convenient), I smile at how great everything looks.
We'll be entertaining a lot during the next month, and I can't wait for our family and friends to be wowed by the decorations as well.
While this is not an inexpensive investment in general, I'm now a believer that it is well worth the money spent to have our beautiful home get the right level of professional decorating for the holiday season. It's also a huge value that Proporty Creations are the people that will take it down, store it, and re-install next year. I love, love, love what Property Creations has done and would highly recommend them based on my experience. 

Bob Evans and his crew were very courteous and professional. When Bob came out to assess what needed to be done, he said that a "low tech" solution of installing a berm would do the job, although he could put additional drainage in and charge us more money.  We valued his honesty, and did what he suggested. To complete the job, a few sprinklers had to be moved, and they also installed an additional sprinkler for no extra charge. We are currently thinking of engaging him again for a different landscaping project.

Everything went as planned - smoothly and without delays. All the work was carefully & correctly done. The crew was wonderful.

This is an amazing company. They’ve done work for me for years on the last three houses I’ve had. The owner, Robert, is just great to work with. He’s really in touch with what he’s doing, is knowledgeable, and I know that I’m getting a good job done by him. He never pushes anything any which way and just gives you options. Everyone is great and they do a really great job overall!

Property Creations refused to give me an estimate, nor did they tell me the cost of a service call. Due to the inability of PC to give me a potential cost, I decided I needed to be home during the visit to a**** the cost. PC failed to show up for 2 different scheduled appointments. They did not even call to let me know they were not coming. When they finally showed up on June 6th, I was charged for 2 hours of work when they were only at my house for 20 minutes. I approached PC to get this mistake corrected, and they were not interested in any type of compromise. The customer service was terrible. I was very disappointed in how the situation was handled and I would NEVER recommend Property Creations to anyone.

The initial consult was incredible and the lighting every year was well done.   Property Creations would install and uninstall as well as store the lights and wreaths annually.   Since we purchased the lights and they were maintained by the company, we simply paid for them to be installed each year.    

For many years we were satisfied.   In Jan. 2011 they suddenly said that this would be the last time they did our lights.   They took them down and gave us the boxes.   Their explanation was that they were no longer servicing our area.     We were very sad and disappointed.    

We were referred to Property Creations from a Landscape Architect whom we had draw up a plan for our yard.  We bid the job out to two other firms as well, and Property Creations' bid was the middle bid, but much more than the low bid.  Since the landscape architect had said she had great experience with them in the past we went with Property Creations.  I am so happy that we did.  I was very concerned because we were spending so much money on the job, as 130 feet of retaining wall is not cheap....but we made the right decision.  The crew came and demo'd the yard quickly and immediately began excavating for the wall.  The wall was built in two weeks with at least 15+ truckloads of soil that had to be moved to the backyard to backfill the wall.  The crew was great and very professional.  They even cleaned up the front yard, street, and driveway each evening before they left.  You would never know we had 5+ trucks of dirt delivered in one day on my street and driveway because they cleaned it all up by the end of the day.  We even had to leave in the middle of the job for a family funeral and they took care of everything while we were gone.  When we got back they were almost done with the walls.  The walls look fantastic.  After the job was completed, we had another contractor come out to put a fence on the top wall, and even he commented that Property Creations did a great job.  The fencing contractor told us horror stories of other homeowners that have had retaining walls poorly built and fallen over; and of one in particular he was working on that was so crooked that he could not get a fence to run straight on it.  I think that if you have another contractor come in and tell you that the people who built your retaining walls did a great job, it proves that we went with the right company.

Bob and the Propterty Creation folks are great! The entire job went smoothly and to the extent I have needed followup, they have been there (several plants did not "take" and needed to be replaced). Bob was always reachable by Email or phone. His crew worked exceptionally hard and put in long days to assure the project completion. The necessary demolition was done quickly and neatly. Bob recommended an excellent landscape designer to outline the project.

The team was punctual and worked hard steadily throughout the day. The were very careful to dig up our grass along the ditch that was created to route the pipe into our side and backyards, then replaced the grass seamlessly. The cement patch looked great and they cleaned up everything before leaving for the day. The drain works great and the team was wonderful. We would definitely use Property Creations again!

I worked with Bob Evans, the owner of the company, for the landscaping plan and addition of the water feature. He was very patient, as it took a while for me to decide on the landscaping options. The installation was performed in one day and was very professionally done. Bob oversaw the entire process from start to finish. He was very accessible by email and phone when I was deciding which options to choose from. I did rate them a "B" on pricing, but that was because of the water feature I had installed. I would recommend Bob and his company to anyone. I have been very pleased with the outcome and professionalism of Bob and his crew.

Everything went really well. They did a good job and we were impressed with the workers.

My overall experience was very good. We felt their customer service was very good. They were also responsive, we needed something fixed and they came out the next day and fixed it.

I liked working with them because the person that I spoke to on the phone actually came out and did the work. They are very meticulous and finished the work on time. They are very knowledgeable, they were able to give us suggestions on how to improve other things.

They were flexible. If we had issues they addressed them. They were easy to work with. They stayed within the quote and gave us a ten percent discount because we were Angie's List members. They did nice work.

Property Creations did a wonderful job. They were very professional to deal with. The estimate was reasonable and they did such a great cleanup job after the work, you could hardly tell they had been there. I really appreciate their attention to detail.

We spend as much time out there as possible now, mosquito's permitting. In addition to the wonderful design, Bob's crew was courteous, professional and efficient. They performed all the tasks listed above in about 5 working days, much to our surprise. Bob told us how to take care of the new plants and they are thriving two months later. He also warrantied his work and came back a few weeks later to replace a holly that didn't make it. I was worried our little tree would be damaged by the move, but it appears to be doing fine. Excellent service and follow up. If lighting a problem during season (due to storms etc) Property Creations are quick to respond and always take care of the problem.

WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE COMPLETED JOB. IT TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN ORIGINALLY ESTIMATED BECAUSE OF ADDITIONAL EXCAVATION OF STONE. BOB MADE SEVERAL SUGGESTIONS TO MAKE SURE THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY ISSUES WITH DRAINAGE. THEY STARTED WORK EARLY IN THE MORNING & WORKED UNTIL DARK, INCLUDING SATURDAY, TO GET THE JOB DONE.
