Eric was great! He arrived on time and performed the work. Quoted price was reasonable for the work. There were other companies who quoted twice as much and one in particular said it is very dangerous to replace the thermocouple and hence I need to replace the entire water heater!!!

Fix was claimed to "be good for another 15 years". Shower is dripping again 5 days after repair. One returned voicemail. Called 3x. Also claimed to put "cear caulk on escutcheon. Not caulked. Loose.

Last month we noticed that our pressure regulator was leaking. We had one of the big-name plumbers come out and give us an estimate. We were shocked by what they quoted. A neighbor told me about PlumbWise. I called them and they gave me a quote over the phone. They were out the next day right on time. Friendly. Professional. And got the job done for about 1/3 the cost of the other plumber. We will definitely use them again.
