While very environmentally concerned, the landscaping they did used plants were not correct for the property's environment. We had planned for them to plant in early October in cooler, wetter conditions, but they moved up the project to the beginning of July and only about 20% of the plants survived either the heat or the lack of sun underneath the thick canopy of trees in the front yard. The firepit they built was very nice, but i thought i could trust their assessment of the plant life that would flourish in my yard much better than they actually did.

We hired Planet Earth Designs to provide us with a complete landscape design plan. Ryan responded quickly and discussed our thoughts and desires. He provided a complete plan within a week, and we decided to proceed with part of the project already. They aerated our yard, added topsoil and seeded today, and are working on an estimate for installation of plantings in the front yard. I expect to be doing that part of the project this fall, and the backyard next year. So far, I can say that they have been very responsive and professional. Cost for the aeration, topsoil, minor grading and seeding were very reasonable. I am very happy so far and looking forward to the installation parts of our project. After the front yard work, I hired Planet earth to plan and install extensive landscaping in my back yard. This project included a salt water pool and spa, large brick paver patio, fire pit,water feature, lighting and total backyard landscaping. This project took months, but was amazing! The plan was awesome, and the execution was very thorough and professional. Results are beautiful and gave us a backyard paradise. We have enjoyed it every day since it has been done - either through use or just admiring the view. Cant say enough about the quality or pleasure of working with them.

What a great experience working with Planet Earth. Ryan responded promptly, coming out to our house back in April to survey the work needed, then responding quickly with a quote. While looking at the area needing work, he made several recommendations, some of which I wasn't even considering. After providing a quote, we had to put the project on the back burner until this fall. Ryan kept in touch, and when we decided to move forward, he honored the quote from 5 months earlier. Planet Earth was not the lowest quote we received. However, Ryan took the time to listen to what we were looking for and centered his design around that. We have another project we need to complete in the spring and we will definitely give Planet Earth a call to do it. I strongly recommend giving Planet Earth Designs a call for any landscaping design needs.

People say be careful who you hire, but I have to say, this Landcsape Designer was the best person I ever met. He came in look at my project and he got to work. His quote was fair.The work was done in a timely manner and after he was done I was VERY VERY happy I would remcomend him to anyone who need a Landscaper.

Great experience from planning to completion. These guys provided a fair quote in a timely manner and were very patient with me as I asked numerous questions throughout the entire process. They made great, educated suggestions and the work was executed professionally and swiftly. I really appreciated the cleanup they did afterwards; there was not a trace of mud, dirt, etc. left behind. I would definitely hire them again if the need arose. I have already recommended them to my daughter and will continue to spread the word. Hire them, you won't regret it!

They were quick to respond, Their quote was the best price, and the work they performed was exactly what the County Engineer's office had recommended be done to fix my drainage problems. They did a great job.
