We highly recommend Pannone’s landscaping! We had several areas in our yard where drainage/erosion were becoming problems in our landscaping. We contacted multiple companies who came out to look at the problem areas and give us their recommendation. Some of the companies did not respond to our request, others did not respond in a timely manner or made excuses when they either didn’t show or needed to reschedule and some provided solutions that were unnecessary. Brad Pannone the owner was responsive and his ideas made the most sense given our budget. He provided us a quote that was reasonable given the work that needed to be done. He suggested some helpful ideas to promote more sunlight and encourage ways to thicken back up our sparse bermuda which contributes to some of the run off. Once we confirmed the project, he was responsive and worked with us to schedule a time that worked for all of us. The day of the project, he texted us to let us know he was on the way and arrived on time with his crew. Once his project manager and crew understood all the work to be done, they worked hard and completed the project as promised. Brad stopped by to ensure we were happy with the work and had his guys return the next day to do a quick sprinkler repair that needed attention. He was great to work with and we appreciated his communication prior to and the day of the work. We may eventually replace the sod in our yard and Brad Pannone will be the first company we call for an estimate.
