Palmer Construction Consultants

I needed a drawing for construction of a retaining wall (required by the city.) Palmer was recommended and used. When construction started, the city engineer noticed the project couldn't continue without Palmer on site. Albert (Bert) Palmer was contacted. He cursed me, blamed me (a CPA who has no idea how to read an engineer's print,) called me an idiot for not knowing how to run a construction project and hung up on me. I called back to ask if they would take themselves off the inspection requirements. He hung up on me again before I could ask the question. When I called again he picked up the phone and threatened to bring my project to a halt if I called him again. The manager of the concrete company called him and worked it out. NEVER, EVER use Palmer. That's the most hot-headed man I have ever encountered in my life.
