We chose the proposal from this company though it was not the least expensive based upon their written proposal and the two year warranty. The job was delayed about two weeks beyond the start date and the trenching method, though recommended, did leave the lawn a mess and took about six weeks to recover. We also asked for a landscaping proposal which was provided, but we needed a detailed landscaping plan for our homeowners' association. We waited and waited and called and called, but once our final check had been picked up, we have not had a return visit though Jaime in the office has promised to relay our messages. We have called to have several of the sprays adjusted but we are still waiting several months later. We are anxious should something go wrong and the warranty be absolutely worthless.

New Lawns got my business because they were one of the only company's that actually gave me a bid and was responsive to my calls. They did an average job. They didn't level out my property well before installation of the sod and now I will have to pay someone else to do that. 50% of the grass isn't doing very well and they aren't concerned when I call. They are johnny on the spot until they receive final payment and then very hard to get any help from. They have very informative info they send you to help you maintain your lawn but when it comes to talking to someone in person they are not very responsive and aren't interested in follow up. I actually wrote them a glowing referral letter and now I wish I could get it back.
