It went well; as I just said he was on time, gave good service, was courteous, and let us know what to expect as far as charges are concerned. We would use him again.

Absolutely bang up good job. What a relief, I cannot express enough. Mike warned me ahead of time that he would try his best treatment, but could not guarantee the dog's illness stains would be fixable. We agree to try it knowing my next option would have to be re-carpeting the room. He worked very hard at it, and was successful. Mike was punctual and professional. He was careful with my trim.

Mike was alone, rushed poor job at base boards, residual chemical spotting on hardwoods adjacent to carpet. Not customer sensitive, very assertive and argumentative when questioned. Had to redo stairs and did not explain issue with pet hair! Never again!

We had purchased a home in the area and needed the carpets cleaned before moving into our home. Mike did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone needing carpet or upholstery cleaning.

Called and got a response right away. Told Mike we had just moved to our home in Cumming and need carpet cleaning because some areas looked dark around edges. He explained what the problem could have been, possibly because of gas heat, or use of candles. We arranged for the service and he was right on time. The price was only slightly different than the phone estimate because of the master bedroom being very large. Mike spot treated and deep cleaned all areas. The carpet looks much better even though he hadn't given me a lot of hope about the edges. His cleaning made a big difference. Mike is very friendly and professional.

I cannot say enough about Mike King and what he did for my carpet. First off, I was very surprised when he himself showed up to do the job - a business owner who actually comes to do the work himself said a lot to me - that he wants the job done to his standards, which in the end turned out to be very high. There was also NO HARD SELL or selling of anything extra at all. He charged me exactly what he had quoted me on the phone - and he even did a small area that I had not contracted him
for also! All he did was inform me that I should think about getting my carpet cleaned more often and gave me a suggested time frame plus a magnet for my fridge if I thought highly enough of his work to use him again (which I absolutely will!)
I would have bet the farm that my carpet was a goner - not only did we have an incredible assortment of heavy stains in several areas (cat and dog messes, food, wine, tracked in dirt - you name it - it's pretty embarrassing that we let it get to that point.) The carpet was a true hot mess. In comes Mike the magician and his magic cleaner and quot;wandand quot; and what magic he worked on my carpet! He gave extra attention to the areas that really needed it, went over it again and did not give up. He gladly answered many questions I had about carpets, his method of cleaning, what he used to clean the carpet (pet safety, residue on their paws after it dried (NONE), etc. and questions I had about different carpet solvents I had attempted to use. I also asked him for suggestions for any future small and quot;oopsand quot; spots should they occur at a later time. Inevitable since I have a dog and 2 cats. I stood there in absolute amazement as he cleaned the rug - and couldn't stop looking at the rug which was totally different from the one I had before he showed up. I now had a beautiful and quot;newand quot; rug which I truly couldn't get over for days. You know when you paint or decorate a room and you're so happy how it turned out that you keep peeking inside to look at it several times? Well that was me and my carpet - It was shock and awe! And it dried in exactly the time he said it would.
He also moved my furniture himself as he was cleaning and put them back with protective plastic under the feet/legs. A lot of the other companies will not move your furniture - you have to do it beforehand and put it back yourself.
In short, Mike King is not only a friendly, easy to talk to guy but he is a proud business owner who strives to meet and exceed expectations - he certainly did that for me. My carpet is awesome, my house actually smells fresh for the first time in years and I am one very happy camper. If you're not sure who to use - do not hesitate to go with Mike King because I honestly think they don't come any better or nicer (and I have used that other big, well known place we see on tv once before.) They were good but not nearly as good or friendly and helpful as Mike. He was a pleasure to watch and talk to as he worked.
And as for these new and quot;low rezand quot; and and quot;greenand quot; companies - well, that's just marketing - Mike King is as green and low rez as they get.
So...if you're not sure who to go with, who has the best prices with absolutely NO hard sell, charges you only what was quoted and does a fantastic job - call him - you won't regret it!

He showed up on time, we did walk through and then he cleaned all the carpet. Was easy and fast. I would recommend him to everyone who needs good carpet cleaning.
