My daughter needed a new mattress set. We went into several stores with the usual mattress sales guys. Mattress Firm was different. David, the rep, was laid back and let us look at the floor models, answered questions and let us narrow the models down. He then was able to clearly discuss the differences and help in making the decision. The delivery was set for a Saturday. Surprise, they called to deliver early! They set up the new and took away the old. A nice touch was leaving mints and a 20% off coupon to a bedding store.
