+ -1 moreFantastic. As with any project there are many "known / unknowns" meaning we know that something is going to happen but we just don't exactly know what that is. His team did an excellent job in helping plan for these events to ensure the project stayed on budget and on schedule.
Description of Work: Decided this Spring 2017 to redo our back patio deck. My wife and I were looking for something grand and unique not just another pressure treated stained deck. I reached out to Manzer Construction to help us scope out the overall design and materials to be used. Will met with my wife and I on numerous occasion to assist us with finalizing scope, materials to be used, budget, and timeline. In addition, Will made numerous trips to our house to review materials and allow my wife and I to decide what materials the covered screened in patio we would be using. I can tell after completion of the project, I would say there are a very few back screened in patios that look like what will and his team produced. Absolutely a one of kind gem that we continue to received rave reviews from surrounding neighbors and friends who visit.
