We used Martin from Mand J sprinklers as a sub through another company. The Job was to first and formost correct the water flow and drainage away from our basement door and also improve the safety and look of our side and front yards. Martin was so knowledgeable and professional. He was willing to talk to our neighbors several times as the work would be heavily affecting them and some of their landscaping. The team from Mand J removed an exterior sump pump, sunken patio and small brick wall. They regraded the front and side yards and added four retaining walls. They reshaped the front yard and completely re landscaped it. They came back and added additional waterproofing lining to the outside of the basement wall at my request. Since their work our basement has remained dry and the entire look of our yard is extremely improved. It was an absolute pleasure working with Martin and crew from Mand J sprinklers. I was able to call and text Martin through out the project and he was extremely responsive. His team went above and beyond when they found out I was having a large party at my home and they weren't going to have the project finished due to weather delays. He covered the the entire front yard with plastic and pine straw in an attractive manner. Noone at the party even realized we were undergoing major work on the front yard. Will definitely use them again for major changes to our yard, already switched to their regular lawn and yard service which I am very pleased with.
