LIGHTHOUSE WINDOW CLEANING

Jack was great to work with.  I called at the last minute to have the exterior of the windows at my home cleaned.  He was able to fit me into his schedule very quickly.  They showed up on-time and did a great job.  I'll be calling him again in the future.

I have been using Lighthouse Window for about 10 years if not longer to clean my windows, gutters and to pressure wash my driveway and sidewalk. I consider them close friends and almost like family now. They never leave a mess and are very prompt. Over the years I have grown to know that they have a very high moral standard and an excellent work ethic as well. I trust them and do not hesitate to leave my house open when they do their work if I need to run errands.

They did a good job. They were on time and they did fine. Many people don't have the equipments to do our work and they do. My son was very pleased. They came in, they did their work and left.

Very good experience overall. It was nice to deal with a contractor where the owner and all the workers were American and spoke perfect English. Jack Odom (owner) and his 2 helpers were all professional and courteous throughout the process. The quality of the window cleaning was excellent, and they cleaned the window sills as well. I was having window tinting done the following day, and they were able to work me into their busy schedule within 4 business days of my call to accommodate my needs. The window tinting company was going to clean the inside of the windows anyway, but I wanted the outside cleaned as well so that we could enjoy the new tinted windows. It has now been almost 2 weeks since I had my windows cleaned. I noticed a very small spot on one of the upper family room windows (which may be a scratch, not sure). Additionally, a bird messed on another of the upper family room windows. Unfortunately, these spots are on the outside of these windows, which is 3 floors up from the ground, so it is not something I can take care of myself. The bird mess is a really large spot that you see all the time, so I really want to get it removed. I called Jack and asked how much he'd charge to come back out the next time he was in my area and take care of it and he said he would do it for free. Very good customer service even after completion of the original job. Thank you.

Timely, a quality job, and cost effective!

Jack came out very quickly after I call him and gave me an estimate. In less than a week he and his colleague were here to do the job. I was concerned a little bit about letting someone in the house who I didn't know. Jack gave me some history on himself and his friend/co-worker. Both of them have a wonderful history of serving others.

Jack called us back within 24 hours and gave us an estimate over the telephone based upon the # of windows, doors and chandeliers that we needed cleaned. Jack scheduled the work. Called the day before and showed up on time the day of the cleaning. He was very nice. It was cold outside and he was working by himself because of the holidays. But he finished everything. The windows look better than when we moved into our home.

The owner and a worker showed up about an hour and a half late. That was no problem but I wish they had called. They were very professional and did a great job. It took them about 4 1/2 hours and the windows look great. Will definitely use them again.

They prepared a comprehensive analysis to price my home at the right price. The entire office gets involved to market your home and they also office a staging service to show your home at its best.
