LAWN WARRIORS

Lawn Warriors sells themselves as a jack of all trade company including lawn maintenance. They provided an estimate and insisted that we agree to a monthly billing service even through the winter months as well when they were to provide a more minimal service structure while providing them with a stream of revenue. At first the service was acceptable though we notice that landscape lights were knocked off their moorings and their cables were cut. We did not bring it to their attention though there is no other explanation for the issue. Over time the service grew worse until it became absolutely terrible in the peak summer months. They did not come by on any regular schedule and when they did the lawn looked terrible. They suggested it was due to wet conditions except that areas which were completely flat were mowed unevenly with whole sections that were missed. When I brought this to the owners attention he would not even give me the time of day let along consider coming by to remedy the problem after over a year of timely payments to his company for their service. The owner did not have a care in the world that I was a loyal customer who paid on time all the time. This company should be avoided at all cost and put out of their misery. I intend to contact the BBB in GA as well.

When my home was repainted by another company they found that a high gutter over 20 feet long at the top of my house was filled with debris and looked like it had never been cleaned. My ratings are based on the neglect by the Lawn Warriors.

THE WORK THEY DID WAS WHAT I WOULD CONSIDER ADEQUATE, BUT THAT'S ABOUT IT, CONSIDERING THE COST.
