Perfect. Will use again. Hot water heat leaked. Had a house full of kids and he showed up with a few hour with new heater and installed in time for showers. Also replaced one of our AC compressors. He was fast and very fair on his price compared to others we had contacted. Will use again for sure.

My air conditioning was out on my upstairs level. I realized I needed to call a technician when I saw the fan wasn't turning on the compressor. Rock Landes had repaired the compressor to my upstairs unit 2 years ago so I called him. I called around 9:30 AM, Rock got here before his estimated 11 AM arrival time and went immediately to my compressor. He found several wires burnt off the contacts so he replaced them, found some more that were about to burn off so he repaired those and checked everything else on my compressor. By 11:30 AM I had A/C again and Rock was on his way. The $250 price was less than some companies standard charge for showing up without doing the work.
Rock Landes always goes the extra step, checking to see what else could go wrong and takes care of it. I recommend him to everyone I know.
