He showed up on time on the agreed upon date. His workers were courteous and, more importantly, amazingly fast and competent. The quality of the work was excellent. They cleaned up after themselves each day and used a vacuume sander so there was very little dust spread around. Additionally, Jerry kept in touch with me each of the three days his crew was working on the project. He did not ask for any money until the job was complete and he knew I was satisfied. I plan on using Jerry Albert again in the future when I'm able to finish the rest of my basement.
