I recently had the pleasure of hiring James for the kitchen renovation service, and I must say, the results were nothing short of astonishing. From start to finish, James and his team demonstrated a level of professionalism and expertise that exceeded my expectations.

I hired James Yeager to fix a flooring problem. He started out good - enthusiastic, agreeable, professional. After about 1 week the quality and quantity of his work started to decline. He balked at providing a remedy. For example, in the bay window area he crudely installed 2 of the 3 base pieces and the cuts were so bad they didn't even begin to fit together . He refused to finish up and told me there was no more work to be done. That's just 1 example. Not to mention he charged a trip fee to even look at his work and to consider future work. He also lost track of payments. He must have asked half a dozen times for a copy of one of the payment checks. He was unwilling to provide an invoice for work until after receiving payment so this led to a financial dispute which he did not resolve honorably. Short quick jobs might be ok. For serious , professional work choose to hire a professional - not James Yeager!

Perfect. James does great work. He is on schedule and he explains what he will be doing. He has excellent work ethics. He leaves everything clean when he is done. He is trustworthy.

He did a Excellent job. We did have a few problems at doorways. Overall it turned out beautiful.

It turned out well, but we had to help him and we had to finish the project. He did come down on the price since we had to help. :-))

He was a little slow but he was very thorough. He was just by himself and I think it's one of the reason that he was slow but, overall he did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the flooring service. He really did an excellent job and I would recommend him to anybody.

James do a wonderful job. He explained what my options were and what steps he will take to do the job. He is very detail oriented, he cleans up after he finishes the job. He is focused on what he is working on. He is punctual and has a great personality. Great customer service. He communicates well. I would definitely recommend him and would definitely call him for future jobs.
