I have used this company in the past to put in two water heaters but this time they fixed a leaking shower at a rental home of mine. The leak came back and I called them and they said they would get back with me about it. I have called 10 times over 2 weeks and even had my tenant call and they simply will not call us back. It might have been acceptable to have told me that they would not fix it again for free but they won't even return my call. The leak is ruining the ceiling below so I will need to get someone else out there to repair it. Very unhappy with just being totally ignored.

We have used J & L at the office for repair work, and liked them so much that when I needed work done at my home, I did not hesitate to call them. Even my husband liked them...which is a rare event!

They did a great job! We moved the laundry room from the 1st to 2nd floor, so they had to adjust our plumbing. I'd definitely use them again.

J & L was great. They gave me a firm price over the phone, picked up the toilets at Ferguson's, brought them to my home, installed them and took off the old ones. Could not have been better unless it were free,

I am satisfied with the quality of work they do on a small scale for me. They come when they say they are going to and clean up when they are done. The prices are about right and I will use them again when I have to.
