I needed a very inexpensive carpet for my basement and found a good deal in the store. I had a few problems with the sales person (he scheduled the wrong date for measuring even though I confirmed more than twice, he submitted pricing for a more expensive pad than I said I wanted of 3 choices he gave me) but overall in the end, once I got the correct estimate, it worked out fine. The installation was essentially free due to a promotion they had. The installers they sent were right on time, worked hard and completed the job in less time than anticipated. I couldn't see where the seams were (and I looked hard based on the drawings!). They did a great job and cleaned the area up nicely so I didn't have to do a thing. I would go this route again.
