Description of Work: They are installing my new flooring. Greg, the manager of the flooring department, is very helpful and always does his best to give good customer service. Greg also made sure the contractor who did the laminate flooring did a good job on the work and he really took care of us and tried to save us money as well!

+ 0 moreI needed a very inexpensive carpet for my basement and found a good deal in the store. I had a few problems with the sales person (he scheduled the wrong date for measuring even though I confirmed more than twice, he submitted pricing for a more expensive pad than I said I wanted of 3 choices he gave me) but overall in the end, once I got the correct estimate, it worked out fine. The installation was essentially free due to a promotion they had. The installers they sent were right on time, worked hard and completed the job in less time than anticipated. I couldn't see where the seams were (and I looked hard based on the drawings!). They did a great job and cleaned the area up nicely so I didn't have to do a thing. I would go this route again.
