Hayes painted half of the hallway and claimed that this was all they estimated. In addition, they left many, many spots of the old paint uncovered. They asserted that they were not paid to paint over all the old paint. When I tried to discuss how this understanding came about and how to address, the owner became verbally abusive by continually interrupting me and shouting me down. I had to ask him to leave the premises. In the end, he left a good bit of work for me to do to finish the job.
