The plumber came, did an incorrect diagnostic, replaced something that was not even wrong, did not take any pictures of the problem only the toilet, CHARGED an enormous amount. The leak happened again after a week, the same plumber returned, advised he was with a new guy, said the correct issue is the toilet size instead and asked for more money. When I called the VP Redmond Hill to address my concern, he spoke in such a rude manner and hung up. He showed complete lack of respect and care to the customer. I would never expect this from the Vice President of a company. I would never recommend this plumbing service. This charge A LOT and treat their customer like dirt. STAY AWAY and SAFE YOUR SELF TIME AND MONEY

The pipe burst in our upstairs bathroom and flooded our downstairs and ruined the ceiling. They didn't take any ownership from the damage that was caused. I think they knew what they were doing and it was just an oop's but they didn't own it. I thought their price was fairly high overall. Even though they didn't cash my check. The tech was awesome and really nice. They came right out. They left the area clean after repairs were made.

They are excellent. They are very professional and do what you call them to do. They always respond quickly. We use them whenever we have a plumbing problem.

Harry has been my plumber since 2005 when we moved into our new home. His work has always been excellent, on time, and reasonably priced, so naturally I called him when we bought new appliances and needed to have our cook top gas line relocated to accommodate a larger oven. Unfortunately, Harry was involved in a minor accident with this work truck and he was a week behind. Our appliances were about to be delivered, so I panicked and called two of the brand name plumbing services, paid both of them $49 callout fees, and was given $400 and $500 estimates. Harry's estimate was $250. But Harry rearranged his schedule and did the work well in advance of the deliveries. You won't find a better plumber or finer person than Harry.

Everything went very smoothly.  The two plumbers who performed the service were punctual and professional.  They were neat and did high quality work.  After the water heater was installed, they reviewed the features with me.  Harry (owner) called later in the evening to answer any further questions.  I'm so glad to have found an outstanding local plumber.

Water was turned off of at the street. Valves were opened and
drained. The old valve was removed and a new valve was installed. He tested the replacement and it worked
properly. He cleaned up and filled out the paperwork. All said, it took about 35 minutes. Great efficiency at a good price!

Prompt service, great work, reasonable price. I will use these guys again for future plumbing projects.

After requesting an estimate from one of the BIG service providers in our area. Not only was their estimate 4 times what the job was worth, BUT, they even charged me $59 to give me the estimate! H and M Services, Harry Ridley, werre recommended to us by another local service provider and he turned out to be a Godsend! He was prompt, professional, courteous, well dressed (yes! even a plumber!), and was very attentive to solving our problem. He did a super job, using quality materials and his expert skills as a Master Plumber. People like Harry are hard to find. He has all the attirbutes we would like in any service rovider, such as honesty, integrity, a genuine interest in solving our problem. He had given me an estimate over the phone (which is unheard of with the BIG boys), and we set up the appointment. He arrived right on time, looked over the job and immediately began working his magic! The job was a little more than what he had expected, but he wouldn't take another dime! As he finished the job, we realized I had left the cut-off connector at my previous house! This is not a common part, and he didn't think he had one, but said he would look in his van and try to find one. Low and behold, he appeared from his van with a big smile on his face, with the part in his hand. This was not a cheap part, but again he turned down any further compensation for the part. I would recommend H and M to everyonne who wants or needs any kind of plumber work. I promise if you use him once, you'll want to keep his card and adopt him as your and quot;go-toand quot; plumber for any kind of job. It was a genuine pleasure doing business with Harry, and I plan on utilizing him quite a bit in the future for several home improvement projects.

I was very happy with the service. The two man crew showed up on time, completed the work quickly and cleaned up after the work was done.

Harry helped with our purchase of a new tub and shower, ensuring that what we bought would fit in the space we had. He worked with the company we bought the units from on the delivery and corrected a small problem on the shower. He said that the installation would take only one day and thats all it took. He gave us an estimate on the job and that was all we paid. Very easy to contact with any and all questions we had.
