Gutters Atlanta is locally owned a division of Home Energy Inc. based in Norcross GA. We service metro Atlanta. I have 4 Gutters Crews and am able to handle any size rain gutter job needed. We never ask for any payment till the job is completed to your satisfaction.

This company, also known as Gutters Atlanta, had installed new gutters and leaf shingle covers in my previous home 5 years ago. I was so pleased with the installation, service and professionalism that I also had Phil Wheeler install blown attic insulation in that house. When I moved to a renovated 1960's home this summer, I was delighted to learn that Gutters Atlanta had installed the gutters and added attic insulation on this house for the previous homeowner, but they did not install a leaf guard system. So, I didn't hesitate to call Phil to see what he recommended because this roof and gutters collect a lot of pine straw. He first thought about the solid reverse curve type system, but concluded that they would not work well because of the roof pitch. Of course, those would have been the most expensive. So, I was pleased that he didn't try to sell me the most costly thing that wouldn't have worked as well as the mid-price range leaf shingle (the metal type with slits for the rain water to go through). Although he used a different installer than the one he used 5 years prior at my old house, they still did a good job. They were scheduled promptly and showed up on time, worked quickly and cleaned up nicely. This is the third time I have used Phil Wheeler Install (aka Gutters Atlanta, aka Home Energy) and couldn't be happier with his demeanor, professionalism, friendliness, price, promptness, attention to detail and desire to please the customer.
In addition to learning that Phil installed the gutters on my new 1960's home before I bought it, he had also installed the energy efficient Simonton windows for the previous homeowner. One of the windows was foggy, so while he was here installing the gutter guards, I asked him about that and he immediately ordered and replaced the window sash free of charge as they are under lifetime warranty even though it was the previous homeowner who had them installed. No fuss, no muss, no problem.
He also arranged to have a denny clip replaced in another window. Phil is very responsive to customer needs and wants and his prices are extremely competitive. I checked out references from other customers before hiring him the first time 5 years ago and found all of them to be positive. An update: We've had a few leaks in our gutters. Have emailed and called them to come out to repair, even sent pictures. They responded the first couple times we contacted them and said they would send someone out again, but haven't. Not so sure about them now. Still have the leaks. I was so happy with them to begin with, I'm bummed.

They had a very skilled carpenter replaced the rotten wood in several places. They also replaced some rotten wood that was not connect the gutters!
They replaced the gutters and waited a whole week before asking to be paid so they could be sure that everything was satisfactory and they also checked to make sure that I was satisfied.
They were also very quite when they were working. There was not yelling or playing of music. They never asked for anything and just did their work.

It was a good experience. They came out after I called. They made an appointment and came right out. They were on time. They called ahead and took the time. They were professional. They did the work and just went on their way. I would rate them an ?A?.
