Did some tests then used high powered vac to break the blockage free, basically a push and pull strategy to free up the blockage.

Excellent work. Vince, who has serviced my central vacuums before, came to my house in a very timely way, quickly found why they weren't working and remedied the issues, and charged a very, very reasonable amount. He drove all the way from Cumming to do this work. So reassuring to find someone as capable and honest as Vince.

Vince arrived on time.  Was very knowledgable about central vac systems even the ancient one in our house.  The vacuum unit was dead and he took it apart and tested each electrical connection until he found where the problem was.  He quickly found the problem and initiated a repair.  The system was back up and running in no time.  Turns out we had a wire that was broken.  Vince is a true expert and I would highly recommend him for any central vac repair.

assessed central vac and replaced parts, determined majority of my problem was that my HEPA filter had been placed improperly and corrected it. Very Honest and knowledgeable--he could have easily sold my an entirely new unit, but told me nothing was wrong with existing one and he tested it to be sure. Also replacement parts were priced very fairly and were promptly delivered and installed at no extra charge.

It went extremely well. Vince showed up exactly on time and diagnosed the problem in around a half hour (which took a fair amount of hunting around the house). He identified a break in the line behind a wall in a closet. He cut through carefully, showing consideration for where the least damage could be done and seen. He capped off the break and cleaned up. The entire call was handled professionally and for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Georgia Central Vacuum.

Excellent. The system was being installed where existing outlets had been pre-plumbed. The owner came out as scheduled for the estimate and to install the system. Upon attempting installation, it was discovered that there were 8 outlets that hadn't been connected properly. I expected that the estimate would be "out-the-window", but, that wasn't the case. I was only charged exactly what I was quoted, regardless of the fact that a 3 hour job turned into an 8 hour job. He did not leave my house until he verified that all the outlets were working correctly. An honest service person is hard to find and I'll definitely use Georgia Vacuum in the future.
