Jason was polite and down to business. He was able to speak knowledgeably with the cable co. technician on the phone and obtain the necessary information to resolve the issues quickly. It was complicated because I am using AT&T U-verse, Comcast and Verizon. When I have him back (and I will) I will make a list of what I want to accomplish to make better use the time and have passwords readily available.
Description of Work: Configured printer for wireless. Removed old email addresses and passwords. Synced multiple Apple devices. Looked at problem with DVD player and offered a solution.
