Excellent. These guys were subcontractors for Home Depot at the time and I chose them from references by Home Depot originally but would use them again. They were very knowledgeable and did the work themselves. When the job was complete he came and got me and we looked over it bit by bit to make sure I was satisfied.

They called me to schedule my insulation installation and left a professional message on my phone because I am not able to carry a personal cell phone at work and it is very hard for me to call anyone during "normal" working hours 9a.m.to 5p.m. Monday thru Friday. I returned their call at the number he left at 7p.m. and the owner actually answered his phone himself. After explaining my unusual work hours and commute he told me "no problem" he'd work with me. Then he asked what the best time for me was. He came when it was convienient to me and was efficient and professional. I couldn't believe he offered SATURDAY as an option.  Once we scheduled the installation, he was on time and did a GREAT job. He was very neat and cleaned up after himself. After installing the reflective barrier he took the time to explain how it worked and how it needed air to breathe to work properly and for us to get the full energy benefit of the product. He was respectful of me and my home and I would give him a perfect "10" and definitely use this company again if needed.
