They did excellent work. Matched the main floor hardwoods perfectly and the carpet runner looks great.

Jeff was very patient. He came to our house multiple times while, over a three month period, we shopped around. We chose him primarily because of the recommendations of my son and daughter-in-law who are very picky about who they choose. They chose well. He actually did a bit more than specified, and had excellent recommendations on side items on the flooring. i.e. using wooden registers.... they look GREAT! When the flooring was not originally as we had anticipated, he adjusted it with finishes and it looks beautiful. He came to our house when he said, cleaned up after each day, and finished when he said he would. He was very pleasant to deal with. I will recommend him to friends and family with out any reservations. One thing however, if you're in a big hurry this will not work. Most of his work comes from referrals and it may have to be scheduled several weeks in advance.
