I've had hardwood floors refinished at previous homes, but this job was the best. I had moderately cupped floor with minor stains and the floor came out looking like it was brand new! I asked them to use Bona water based poly which they gladly applied and it came out perfect! The job took around three days and they were always on time. Definitely hard workers! They even helped move some of the furniture that I couldn't lift! The guys were very honest, trustworthy, and very professional. What you need to know: Yes it will be dusty. If you have stairs finished be sure to ask them to mask everything and/or quote any touchup paint services needed. I chose Bona Traffic water based poly because it dries fast and it is super durable. It is a more expensive option, but well worth it. If you have pets, they need to be out of the house for a week so the poly can cure without getting scratched up.
