I think his prices are great and the work was great. He seemed to be very kind and professional, however, where there was a problem resulting in an emergency (my AC was out!), he did not show up when he said he would and has not since returned my calls.  I have left only kind messages hoping that he is physically healthy and asked for a referral to another electrician if he was busy.  He was supposed to show up on Saturday, did not and did not call.  It is now Tuesday and I have another electrician here who just fixed the problem.  The problem was not related to Terry's work, which has a one year guarantee.  Terry should have come to check if the issue was related since it occurred the day after he worked on my house.  
In conclusion, Terry Field's work is very good quality, prices are great, and he is smart and kind.  However, he's not too punctual and left me hanging with no AC, which makes me question his professionalism and responsiveness.
