Favorite Contracting

Favorite Contracting did the initial inspection of my roof. Upon inspection theywere able to confirm that there was sufficient storm damage.They then helped by working closely with me on filing my claim with my insurance company by answering any questions my wife and I had. They were there (on time) on inspection day and met with my insurance adjuster, which definately helped get my damages approved. Once the ins. company approved a price and I chose a product and color, Favorite Cont. had materials in my driveway within 48 hours. The morning of the start date (the day after materials dropped) the crew was there bright and early to begin. The impressive part was the care and consideration they took when covering landscaping, protecting the driveway etc. My representitive showed up a short time later to insure everything was going as planned, he answered all my questions, reassured me of any concerns and treated me like family. The roof was completely removed down to the plywood and throughly inspected, damaged wood was photographed and replaced and the new product was installed beautifully. The crew was curtious and efficient and they spoke english so I was able to communicate easily with them. They finished that same afternoon (which was less time than I had expected)and they took great care in making sure the yard was very clean and free of nails. A great overall experience! Nothing like what I had expected, Favorite Contracting treated me like family (the side that you like and look forward to seeing). A lot of my neighbors have made several compliments on not just my roof, but the differences in the care taken with my home compared to others that have been done in our neighborhood. Since having my roof done I have contacted them for other projects as well and would absolutely recommend them to anyone that likes to be treated like a priority. AWESOME COMPANY!
